Great service once again. I really liked that I got the chance to find out a bit more about the high quality products used here, and their benefits compared to standard ones (for instance what’s used for removing gel polish, which here isn’t acetone so it doesn’t dry up the nails like acetone does).
I always get offered a hot drink an if I don’t fancy any I still get given a glass of water, just in case, which I think is a lovely touch. I was told that this is an example of what comes out of their staff meetings - they regularly review feedback and look at ways to improve their (already great in my view) customer experience.
Great customer care, great service, great products. My favourite nail salon :)
