Technician was very personable and kind, and the service was well performed for the most part. However, it was very clear that she was not properly trained in how to do SNS nails, and I was forgotten about for over an hour. I was then treated a bit rudely by the woman who appeared to manage the salon when I needed to rush out (I had been there for over an hour and a half). My SNS is uneven and smudged (which has never happened to me after SNS before, and I've gotten them for years).
