Everything was good overall, and I am happy with the quality of my manicure and pedicure. The nail assistant who I was assigned to online didn't actually provide me with these services on the day of my appointment, though. (It didn't make much of a difference to me but it might to some people if they request a specific staff member in advance.)

Usually it's pretty good, but it was a bit rushed or something. I can see issues such as not fully covered at the tips, uneven surface and a lot of the clear polish on my skin. So.. not sure this one will last very long :(
