I am used to getting proper exfolliation with the tools (like the ones they use on nails to take off gel for example), but here only a some sort of "brush" or stone is used for the skin on the foot itself (have I booked the wrong pedicure? I haven't seen any tools being used) which doesn't get rid of majority of skin.... I was really disappointed. I had a lot of skin on my foot, which i pointed out to them, and they didn't even exfoliate the top of my little toe which had a lot of dead skin. They did use a little razor though and the beginning...The only good thing here is that they really do your nails well, but dead skin? You'd better be off somewhere else. I'm quite sad as I thought this place is really lovely, and they do lovely mamicures - but they need to invest more into exfoliating tools for pedicures (especially for that hefty price!!!)
