I always feel welcome when I go and get my nails done, the staff are very friendly and always listen to my requests and will even make suggestions when I need help with colours etc. Shop is always well presented and clean and am always greeted with a smile and an offer of something to drink.

Everything was good overall, and I am happy with the quality of my manicure and pedicure. The nail assistant who I was assigned to online didn't actually provide me with these services on the day of my appointment, though. (It didn't make much of a difference to me but it might to some people if they request a specific staff member in advance.)
