The whole experience was wonderful. The therapists are gentle, friendly and attentive. They listened to what I wanted and suggested the right treatment for my nails. They advised on colours and formulations.
The manicure and pedicure were perfect. Great attention to detail. Well done, efficient, quick and neat

First off, I didn’t get the individual I booked with and was provided no explanation on the absence. Then, I booked an additional massage with my pedicure but did not get any more than what I would have ordinarily received w a standard pedicure. Three days after my treatment, the paint began to chip. Will not be returning again on these counts.
