There might be something wrong with your booking system. I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment and was asked to cancel my appointment twice because they were too busy and understaffed. The number of staff should be accounted for when opening up bookings for back to back. Seemed a bit disorganised and could have ruined my whole schedule in the day.
