The staff was really friendly apart from the lady who was doing my treatment. She was very moody and seemed annoyed. The other 2 members were really friendly and chatty. Overall I like the nails (my first ever extension); they look good but not great. The gel colour application is not totally even between coats and the nail filing on one of the nails isn't smooth as the the rest, although I've politey pointed it out and asked her to fix it. I think you get for what you pay. 3/5 stars!
