Manager was eager to please but they are very understaffed. Arrived at my appt time + waited 30 mins before they were ready, 2 other women walked out bc they were waiting so long. Staff were rushing & anxious so it was not a relaxing atmosphere.

It wasn’t a thorough job, my feet soles are cracked and dry, there was no massage. It was disappointing and not cheap.
