The lady that did my wax today had zero experience with sugaring. Unfortunately I was left quite sore and when mentioned to the manager, the response was “everyone needs experience” . I ended up finishing the last part of waxing myself as it was obvious she did not know what she was doing. No apology or nothing

I was happy with my previous appointments but wasn’t satisfied with Shani , sugaring wasn’t meticulous at all and it seemed like she did the bare minimum

My appointment was delayed by 15min… everything felt rushed and she only dyed/tinted the roots of my lashes and paid no attention to the length…
