Treatment itself was great, she checked which areas I wanted her to focus on and also pressure preferred. Like others have mentioned venue isn't the most spa like but I didn't go there expecting it to be so it didn't bother me!
It was the most painful "hollywood" experience. I nearly burst into tears and wanted to leave half the way of the process. Apparently, I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I've been for a lot of 'deep tissue' massages over the years, paid a lot more for them, and very, very rarely have they been worth recommending. This is one of the few exceptions. Super strong hands, finds all the knots, knows her stuff.
The massage room itself is absolutely fine, but the thumping dance music from the boxing gym next door is really annoying. Normally that would stop me going back - if it wasn't that Katie is so much better than most masseurs, so it's worth it! However, you may want to bring earplugs. Suggest also not arriving more than a few minutes early, as there isn't a proper waiting room.

I found the process more painful than a normal wax, but the hair removal itself was good.

The massage is good, the masseur is quite professional and nice. The only thing that affected the whole experience is the ambience. This massage room is a small room located underneath of a healthy food retail shop, which is also next to a boxing gym, you can smell the sweat and hear the noise.
