Very positive and helpful staff, good quality manicure and pedicure, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Having visited before, I will definitely continue to have my nail appointments at Q61.

Really disappointed. My eyebrows have been waxed into the most awful shape when I literally just wanted a tidy up. Thank god for eyebrow pencil!

Treatment was great. However there were mix-ups with times and dates with booking hot wax.
Received a call 30 minutes after booking to rearrange time and day. Was almost at the venue when I returned a miscall from them, only to find out that there would be no technician to do hot wax, and being asked if I could opt for strip. Had to rearrange again.
I since found out rearranging was because of staff needing training and also staff absences. However the lack of communication between the staff members caused a fair amount of inconvenience to me.
Procedure went well. Place seemed very busy, can only be a good thing. Think better communication or appropriate timings on app would be useful.
