When they say express they really mean express! Really good if you want to be in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Had a slight issue with my original booking having to be rescheduled - could have been a lot worse than it was if I hadn't had the day of work - luckily they could still fit me in an hour later than planned.
Love having my LVL lashes done at Q61, and the staff are all very friendly.

That's the definition brows were great as usual. I didn't get who I booked for, for the Hollywood wax so I thought I'd go with who they sent. lovely lady as she was, the Hollywood wax was not up to standards an there was patches of hair left and wax everywhere. I recommend the lady has more training in that area of waxing and it was not 20 minutes. but disappointed as usually my Hollywood waxes are great.
