The staff were attentive when I arrived and the lady who did my extensions did exactly what I wanted and was quicker than expected! The extensions were also cheaper than any I’ve seen anywhere else. My only criticism is that it would have been nice for the room to be quieter or play calm music as the door was open and you could hear other peoples conversations / loud music.

Charlene was lovely, offered prosecco and chatty. Nice finish although quite expensive even with £5 voucher and off peak discount. Good quality opi gel used however.
