Fantastic experience today! My nails were done by Danielle and she was really friendly and kind, I am very pleased with how my nails look and how my hands feel.

Lux pedicure was 38 quid and just didn’t meet expectations. The therapist seemed quite young and inexperienced. Nail painting was poor and she had to re-do them as she kept wiping it off with her gloves ( she had issues with her own acrylic nails apparently) & she forgot to turn on the foot warmer or apply moisturiser. Left the salon with residue of white foot mask & I had pink toes from her making mistakes & not removing the nail varnish stains properly. Will not go back here

The therapist was really lovely and it was a good massage, it just wasn’t for the full 30 minutes - I got there at 1.30 and was finished at 1.50. Other than that a good service.

Although there was an issue in my booking the staff accommodated me and made sure the would be no delays in my service. Overall good services and friendly staff. Nice location.
