Everything about the treatment was lovely. The lady was very nice and made me feel so comfortable I fell asleep. The only thing was that when I came in for my appointment 10 mins early no one asked me if I wanted a drink and it was boiling hot outside that day. 2 people were talking to a customer by the reception desk that whole time. It was my first time at that salon and I didn’t feel as welcome as I normally am when I go to new salons. The lady who did my treatment though was lovely and made up for the bad first impression.

Friendly and buzzy atmosphere. Choice of refreshment while you wait. Lashes look lovely and was really smooth getting them done, no tangles which has happened before elsewhere.
