I had terrible burns from my eyebrow shaping experience as Chloe used too much hot wax on my skin and now I have scars just beneath my eyebrows. I didn't notice in the salon at first because it was too dark and the pain immediately increased significantly in the next 5 mins - it got so bad that I had to consult a pharmacist for help. Only advice I would give would be to use less wax and have better lighting in the salon for future customers. My eyebrows were uneven after the wax too.

I was greeted instantly as I entered the salon and had to wait around 5mins but I was early. The lady that did my lashes was really sweet and polite. She was able to answer all my questions and I felt confident she knew what she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable I fell asleep! Once she had finished she helped me book for infills and gave me advice on how to look after them as it was my first time having lashes.
Overall, the whole experience was pleasant and I enjoyed every minute!
