I had a really good experience of the Brazilian Wax with Chloe. She was very confident and caring and made me feel confident throughout my appointment. The ambiance was really nice and I felt really safe and secure, especially as it was my first time going to Q61. The other members of staff were also lovely, I had forgotten my headphones at the salon and walked back when I noticed, Chloe wasn't around but the other staff helped my get them back quickly without any fuss.
