The staff was so comforting & friendly! After taking my coat a menu for variety of beverages was handed over to me which took me by surprise ! As perfect as these things were, so were the services !Loved it totally!
Very relaxing experience! Lovely atmosphere made even better by the heated bed! Dignity kept at all times and made very comfortable. Would definitely book again!
Absolutely loved my visit to Q61. Charlie was lovely and friendly and my nails were great.
For the relatively low cost of the treatment, I didn't have particularly high expectations of Q61, but I have never been happier to be proven so very wrong! The atmosphere in the salon is just lovely - everything is clean, modern and beautifully presented and the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. The treatment was exceptional for several reasons - firstly, when they say an hour, they mean it (so many spas cut treatments by about 20 minutes) so you're really getting your value for money. Second, the staff member really listened to everything I said in the consultation and it felt that she was making a true effort to personalise the massage for my requirements. I couldn't recommend Q16 more, particularly as I was given a FURTHER discount at the till as a first time customer, which was just lovely and made the overall experience even more memorable. A full 5* from me.
This new salon is amazing. Really nicely decorated, professional staff and surprisingly well-priced treatments. Complimentary drinks made me feel instantly relaxed. The only slight negative was that I would have preferred a bit more pressure in the massage, but I think that's personal preference.
