Jade was my beautitian and she was great! I was warmly welcomed as soon as I opened the door, offered a drink (which the coffee was awesome, by the way) and not very long after Jade called me over and what a service... I was made to feel at home in no time, very comfortable pod, the whole place is absolutely lovely and my nails ended up perfect! Can't wait to come back.
When I arrived the staff were very friendly and offered me a drink straight away and also offered to take my coat and my suitcase which I also had.
My gel nails looked great and Jade was very friendly and helpful.
