The wax itself was spot on, the lady who waxed me was lovely too but I had to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment with no apology or 'sorry to keep you waiting'. The last wax I booked here I was left waiting 30 minutes. When you turn up on time to your appointment it is a little annoying to waste so much time in the waiting area. The lady on the counter asked I wanted a drink and then never brought me my drink either! Cannot fault the wax though :)
