Staff lovely! Place and location Great! Actual gel manicure was ok but could be better for £25. Not as neat as I'd like- some bubbles and bad lines

My experience was absolutely terrible, after having my nails done for not even an hour the gel on the nails instantly started to peal of upon me returning to the shop because this is quite obviously not acceptable i was refused a refund. I acquit appealed at the situation, and will be taking it further with the power of social media.

Nails are nice and they have lasted well a week later but felt it was quite a brisk service and very rushed.

The staff were friendly and polite, the treatment was average, I wouldn't have said that acrylics were the therapists strong point as they weren't filed particularly well, had to be told they were different lengths, the nails are bumpy with one having to be refiled and gel polish reapplied but still 3 out of 10 nails are bumpy and uneven and thumb nails different lengths, paint job is untidy cuticle well filled and it's on skin. Gel toes faired better but was expecting more, it was rushed and not worth the money at nearly £40.00 The treatment time was ten minutes in all and the foot soak area was awkward and hard to get in and out of. I asked to book in for the facial mapping which is a free consultation but staff seemed blasé and reluctant to book me in, after explaining that I was potentially thinking of further treatments but if they were unwilling I would use another salon, they booked me in but felt as if I had to coerce them, nice salon but value wise could be better
