Lovely salon although I felt like it was a bit like a production line. Treatments were quick and I did expect my feet filing with the pedicure but that didn't happen. Saying that, Amy was friendly and painted my nails very nicely. Good variety of complimentary drinks including prosecco.

First time at Q61, decent wax and easy I book an appointment, didn't have to wait for weeks. Quite a lot of bits of wax left behind which have not had before but not the end of the world. Therapist was lovely.
