lovely staff, 10 min late to start though. always had good nails done, however this time they weren't so great as fading at end and not all the way to the end of the nail. would return though

When I arrived everyone was very friendly and the salon looks beautiful. The wax however was a bit below par. The lady who did my wax was lovely and very friendly but it felt rushed and not very thorough. The skin was not prepped beforehand and the hot wax was taken off in multiple tugs rather than one quick movement so it was more painful than usual. Also, I know waxing 'round the back' is a personal preference, but if it is offered then it should be done properly. I was then told to apply my own lotion once the lady had left the room, which was clumsy and didn't feel very sanitary. The lights on the ceiling are also so bright that I stood up not being able to see properly, covered in lotion and feeling sore and half finished. Not exactly what I was expecting after paying £35 for a wax. I've been having waxes for years and I've paid £10 less in London and felt far more comfortable. I wouldn't come back, sorry.
