Such a less painful experience than strip waxing! Staff was very quick and effective. Staff was professional and explained everything that she was doing. The salon was clean and tidy and really enjoyed the set up. Would recommend!

The threading was fine but I felt that more care could have been taken - at home I found some stray hairs and there was no trimming done at all, which is normal. The manicure was very good as usual, although I do feel that none of the therapists leave the soak off for any length of time which does make the removal process a bit more difficult (and sometimes painful with so much scraping). However, I do like the salon and will return.

I had an absolutely fantastic visit - Ruby was very gentle pushing my cuticles back which I was pleasantly surprised by because every other manicure (at other venues) have been much harsher. I also had quite short nails due to breakages and she made them look fantastic. The experience was absolutely fantastic for the price so would highly recommend.
