eyelash extensions Monday lasted until Saturday not impressed meant to be noveau lashes individual but were clustered lashes that dropped as soon as I got out of the shop

I first visited on Friday to have acrylic nails with gel colour on top and was happy with the result. Unfortunately one dropped off on Sunday (followed by another two on Monday then one on Tuesday) and I had been really careful to use gloves etc.
I called up and the staff were really great about it and booked me in at a convenient time to have them redone free of charge. I did worry the nails hadnt been filed enough on my original set and they definitely were filed more the second time around (and are generally alot neater now I can see the comparison with the original nails that still on)- Heather did a fantastic job!
Overall I will definitely visit Q61 again as despite the minor blip their customer service was fab, they are really friendly and hygeinic and the new nails are great!
