The venue was extremely warm, especially in the waiting area and upstairs landing area where I had my treatment. The staff were lovely and very helpful, even plugged in my phone to charge while I was there! Probably won't repeat the treatment, it stung my eyes quite a bit. My lashes are now pressing against my upper eyelid because they stick straight up, which is a bit annoying.

wonderful experience, great staff and an overall relaxing time. I would definitely recommend. The only downside being you’re in the centre of the city and outside ambient noise can be heard. In conclusion, a really great and relaxing time.
