My mother and I had a great experience at Q61! We both got gel manicures for my graduation the next day. The staff were friendly and brought us cups of tea with little biscuits which made the experience feel luxurious. Unfortunately one of my gels has already peeled off which I didn't expect as I only got the manicure two days ago.

Good service but not excellent: waiting time although the appointment was booked in advance, staff a bit rushing with treatment so some hairs remained but were removed on request).
