I had a half leg, bikini and armpit wax before my holz - there was a lot of wax residue left on my body. The waxing only took off what appeared half of the hair in all areas. Was ripped off in a wrong angle making the process more painful.

Love my nails, really well done and my beautician was lovely
First time lash extensions 😕 After booking online with Treatwell, which was a really simple process, I was looking forward to having lash extensions done for the first time. I chose the lvl individual lashes that were priced at £40 for a 45min session, and the description had stated that they would last 7-10 days. Upon arrival to the salon, my appointment hadn't been recorded, although in Q61's defence, I had changed the time a couple of times, however they managed to accommodate me, and after a 15 minute wait, to which I had a choice of lots of fabulous drinks (inc prosecco!), I was then seen. I explained the type of lashes I wanted, and showed the lady a photograph of some I had seen. My appointment lasted around 40 mins, and I was initially pleased with the result, although they felt alot "clumpier" and "crustier" than I imagined. I asked how long they would last, "7 to 10 days"? I asked, to which the response was, "oh, I don't know, is it"? I also asked about aftercare, and whether I needed to brush them, to which I was told "no, they'll be fine, just come back to have them removed once they start coming out". A few days in, and the lashes were really starting to irritate me. I tried brushing them to make them look nicer, but they were so clumpy, that I found that really difficult. Even trying to wipe my make up off slowly was difficult to do, as the lashes were so brittle. After speaking to others about their experiences of lash extensions, I feel like I have completely wasted my money and received a rubbish service. I have now just booked with a reputable salon, and having to pay another £50, to have them done again, and properly this time. Yes, I knew what I was paying (which now I know was completely overpriced), and that from what I had read on the description, not what the lady who did the lashes told me, that they would only last 7-10 days, but they have felt completely horrible and I would definitely not get them done at Q61 again. Sorry!
