I'm almost ashamed to admit that, at almost 33, this was my first ever manicure! It was perfect - the service was brilliant, everything was explained to me clearly including the aftercare but most importantly we had a really good laugh and I wasn't made to feel weird for not having a clue what I was doing! I will 100% go back and completely recommend. Thank you!!

I bought the 50 minutes facial treatment.. but my visit lasted barely 40 minutes.. (including filling up the form and getting ready for the treatment) so the actual facial was about 25/30 minutes.. The stuff was friendly and professional, and the treatment itself was good.. shame on the timing..

I think they should be pay more attention to detail, because that's what makes a difference. Nice environment and easy access.
