Normally I wouldn’t leave negative feedback but what was meant to be a 30 minute gel nail treatment took an hour and ten minutes! Maybe due to the therapist having lack of training I’m not sure but had to stop her several times as she hurt during the removal of gel as it didn’t set properly and almost burnt my cuticles,no apology and felt uncomfortable throughout,I had to intervene I recommend she used acetone & to seal the nails afterwards. Not professional at all and wouldn’t recommend. A junior therapist would of done a better standard of job... disappointed to say the least.
