Came here today to have my gel nails removed. While all the staff were nice enough, I did have my nail drilled to the point of bleeding. Obviously a small mistake, but my nail is now very painful and bled for 1 hour after the appointment.

I loved my nails. They did take a very long time; appointment was booked for half 1. Didn't start until 2.10 and appointment was complete at 3.55. However my nails really are fab and I'd rather this than them be rushed and imperfect. Definitely go here, but just be wary if you haven't got a lot of time to spare
