Carol would put even the most anxious person at ease with her thoughtfulness and humour.
I had BIAB extensions with my go to Pebble Beach varnish that changes from a deep coppery brown to a gorgeous peach when warmed up.
I managed to break a nail against a wall and Carol squeezed me in for a new nail - thank you so very much!
