It was a bit difficult to find with no signage to denote the salon, however Andrew was very welcoming and chatty, making a relaxed atmosphere. He was attentive and informative for care of my nails post the appointment. The manicure looks lovely, the pedicure was a bit less so but Andrew apologised for his lack of a soaking bowl, explaining he had not amended his treatment offering at his salon on the Isle of Wight, so there was no soaking and softening, however the nail care and cream massage was very good and my feet look very pretty. Thanks
