The lady was friendly but she got my booking time wrong and so started late. I still have some BIAB left on my nails, though she gave me the nail files to take home.

Unfortunately despite all the good reviews I had a bad experience. My manicure was thick and claggy and looked nothing like my reference picture. There was gel all over my cuticles too . I had to go the next day to a different salon to get them fixed.
