I was seen almost two hours after my appointment. Staff didnt speak a word to me just began my treatment. Wrong colour was painted on. No apology or goodwill shown for seeing us so late. Manicure was poorly done colour came off next day.

I really like my nails as they're very close to the picture however my fingers have sores from the drill on my skin. I also wasn't told that gel polish on acrylics would be a £12 extra charge when i was convinced to get the gels so i was surprised when i was asked to pay £40 rather than the £28 that i was expecting. Despite my fingers being a bit sore and the unexpected charge, the nails came out great.
