My nails came out gorgeous and I do love them however, the man who was doing my predicure cut me so bad to the point I was gushing blood for about 30 minutes, we had to stop and put other things on it to stop the bleeding and a week later it hurts to walk.

The salon was nice, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed that the shellac didn’t last—it started coming off in less than 24 hours. I expected better durability, especially considering the quality of the service .

I was seen almost two hours after my appointment. Staff didnt speak a word to me just began my treatment. Wrong colour was painted on. No apology or goodwill shown for seeing us so late. Manicure was poorly done colour came off next day.
