Not had brow lamination before but found the experience to be so relaxing and Lola was friendly and easy to chat with that I decided to add another treatment on whilst I was there, a lash lift, both treatments given great results. Thank you Lola

I was a little late for my appointment. I offered to rebook but was told that this would not be an option as you only get 1 slot on groupon. There was no negotiation or compromise.
