The pedicure was fine, but the facilities were poor and tools/chairs/etc were old and literally crumbling. I doubted the hygiene of the foot tubs they use. The woman who did my pedicure was nice and professional, but the atmosphere and quality of tools let her down.

I hadn't been to Nail Suite in a while and found my therapist friendly, attentive and very thorough. The decor is a little dated but it was clean and the odor of nail polish wasn't overwhelming as it is in some other places.
