Extremely bad experience, had my previous shellac taken off and they cut open two of my fingers causing bleeding. A notice another reviewer had a similar experience. The shellac they put on was untidy and started peeling off a couple of days later. Avoid.

Absolutely appalled by what happened here. The guy who served me was rude, he barely even acknowledged I was there, flinging my hands around like there wasn’t a human attached to them. Halfway through he went off to have lunch without explaining his absence. Worst of all, when removing the shellac, he was so careless that twice he slipped with the metal tool on the same thumb. The second time he broke open my skin just below my cuticle, drawing blood immediately. He didn’t even apologise. It has since become infected, suggesting the tool was not clean. I will never come here again and strongly suggest others do not.
