First half an hour of my treatment was the manager (?) asking other staff who had blocked the toilet. Awful atmosphere. Absolutely not relaxing. Opening boxes of deliveries in the middle of the shop, cleaning out cupboards and walking though shop with leaking items. Manager and staff shouting between themselves the entire time. Did not feel good. Did not feel clean. Actual manicure and pedicure were good but would not recommend this place to anyone.
