Great service but most importantly the quality is great. The nails last for a long time. They do it properly. That’s why I come back again and again.

It really breaks my heart to leave a bad review but it is in all fairness, true unfortunately...to sum up, the staff seemed hardworking but maybe too hard working to provide a good customer service level.
Basically when I got there, there were 3 staff members and all of them were busy with a client. When I arrived for my appointment one of them seemed a bit nervous because he was in the middle of a treatment, he quickly finished the client and started with me. It was the first time I booked in for a Treatwell treatment and given that this salon had quite good reviews I thought they would be a good try for my first time getting SNS dipping powder done. Boy was I wrong, the staff is so hard working that they did the job all under 10 minutes. As I have never done this in my life, I did not know what to expect. However I found it odd that as they kept dipping my nails in powder, the nail for very thick (more than gel). Then, I mentioned that a hair fell in my nail and the therapist said that it was my fault for having chosen white powder. They then had to re-do 2 nails which they did quite quickly considering the que.
In the end the result was okay and I just assumed I had to go somewhere else next time due to the low level of customer service.
It has been a week since I got my nails done, the white has turned yellow and my nails are already cracking! So basically I paid 30£ for SNS which basically looks worse than normal gel manicure.
I highly do not recommend going there if you want a good job done, the staff are indeed extremely hard working BUT that’s because they want to fit as many people in an hour as they possibly can so that they can earn more cash. It may have been because I booked via treatwell and was a first time customer that they decided to give me this much attention. All I know is I won’t be going back and I wish I had seen this review prior to booking!
