I was extremely disappointed with the service here. The ladies are lovely but it took nearly 4 hours for 1. Acrylic nail removal 2. Manicure with basic polish 3. Pedicure with polish. I just wanted my nails to look nice for the upcoming warm days but they are absolutely horrible. I’m so upset. The weather is looking up and I just wanted to wear sandals for a few days but I can’t now until I get the chance to get them sorted out. The polish has smudged on at least 4 of my toes and 3 of my fingers. I stepped out of the salon for a total of 5 minutes in those 4 hours to have a quick vape. Aside from that, I was getting treatments on my nails during the entire time more or less. They smudged roughly 3-4 hours after I left the salon which doesn’t make much sense. In the end, I had to leave after my toes had been drying for around 15-20 minutes (whereas maybe The normal drying time is 25 minutes or so) because I was running late for collecting my daughter. When I booked the appointment, I saw the treatments would take a total of 2 hours and I allowed half an hour extra just in case...but I really didn’t expect it to take 4 hours. Not only was my daughter very angry that she was picked up so close to the end of closing time, I’m really upset that I can’t wear flip flops and my feet will be hot. Yes it’s not life and death but it’s not how one should feel coming away from a salon. I wish I could post pictures on here. 😠
Laurrain was my server and she was passionate. Happy with my nails. I will definitely go again. She spent over one hour to make sure everything was perfect. She was very caring. I have done nails before, many times, and I can say that she was experienced. I would improve the greeting and I feel that they can do little more to give to the clients the perception of cleanliness e.g. not exchanging stuff from one station to another.
2nd time coming here and it was just as good as the first time! Lorraine the Manager started off my pedicure and Lisa stepped in when she arrived. I’m very happy with how my feet and nails turned out and I will continuously keep coming. Thank you Lorraine and Lisa
