My booking was moved by an hour. No one called or texted so I showed up and was made to wait for 45 mins.
The manicurist tried to hurry so that I would wait less, and I thank her for that however what that meant is that one of my nails was not done right and came off the next day. Unfortunately this is not the first time my appointment time was mixed up, or I had to wait a long time.
