Will never go back again. The staff were rude. So unprofessional. The salon was clearly overbooked. Made me feel like I hadn’t paid in advance. My manicurist ultimately tried to be friendly but it was too little too late. Never again.

I had a Korean Lash Lift and initially wasn’t happy with the amount of curl that was done as they were a bit too natural. Ariana responded immediately to my message and redid them the next day and now they are absolutely perfect! Such great customer service and really happy with them. Thank you so much 💕

£10 extra to get french tips after paying a separate £45 for biab? RIP OFF. £8 to remove before new polish? What am i supposed to do, take off my polish before coming? £90 just for gel polish on toes, and biab on my finger nails is just beyond CRAZY.
