I had a very friendly woman doing my nails, VERY chatty and I chatted back. She said she was there for a couple of days to cover. She said she would make my nails beautiful so I was happy.
After being there for 1h20m I had to rush to make a train. Upon getting on my train, on closer inspection, I noticed my nails were not as beautiful as I thought. Previous nail colour staining my fingers, where it wasn't removed properly, glue on my skin, the new polish on the cuticle close to my fingers, the underneath of the tips not being buffed properly and the thumb extensions being much shorter than the fingers.
I did email the salon with the photos of these issues I had but didn't hear anything back from them. I do like the salon, and they have done a good job and been more thorough on the two previous visits. However, on this occasion, I felt a bit disappointed.
