Attentive and nice staff as always, nice and clean environment. Both the manicure and pedicure were done with a great care and detail, however, the only issue I have is that the manicure only lasted about 3 days and pedicure about 5 days before it started to chip.

Great find!
I am super happy with my nails - the technician listened to what I wanted and they came out great. I am happy with my cuticles, the shape of the nail, the colour and the quality.
They were ready for me when I arrived as I had booked - no waiting around. They seemed very organised with their booking system and making sure they stayed on time.
The only thing I think could be improved is I asked for a Gel take-ff, re-do and manicure. Without the manicure it is £20, with the manicure it is £30. They told me the difference between having a manicure and not is with the manicure they cut your cuticles down, give you a massage and a hot towel. I didn't need the massage and towel, and the technician needed to go on her break soon so I suggested to skip the massage and towel which was fine, but I was still charged full price. I thought perhaps it would have been reasonable to charge £25 for the treatment I received.
Anyway, I will be going back as the end result was great - the best nails I have had in a long time!
