I've been here a few times now and I'll admit I was a bit disappointed that this time I didn't have the lovely chatty guy I've had before doing my nails. The girl I had was very quiet and didn't talk much, and initially I was disappointed that one hand had this weird slightly matte finish when the polish was meant to be shiny. Anyway, skip a day or so forward and the dullness was gone and they were beautifully shiny, and they lasted THREE WEEKS without a single chip. And I am a gymnast who also happens to swim and rock climb and generally treat my nails badly. Amazing. 10/10. Would 100% go again. I actually only had them redone because they grew out, not because they chipped.

I love coming here but do find that Lee is the only consistent nail technician who is an absolute perfectionist. Just not the same if he's not around.

Have been here before and absolutely loved my nails - best ones I've ever had. I booked again and requested the same technician (I actually waited a week until she was back in work) - when I got there they gave me a different technician and the nails were very average. Cuticles weren't cut away properly, nails were much shorter than I asked for and shaping is different on different nails.
