My treatments were faultless my nails look perfect however once they were done I was left and forgotten about to dry and seeing me struggling to pull my leggings down with tacky nails they let me struggle I also didn't get a good bye once leaving and wasn't entitled to my loyalty points because I booked through Treat well which wasn't fair. But overall I would go back as I cannot fault there work its there customer service that needs some work.
