My manicure and pedicure were both expertly and efficiently done - the only thing that could have benefited was having a TV or something during the nail drying session
I go to this place to get my nails done regularly, but it was my first time going there for a wax. The staff don't smile for some reason, and are very quiet (which can be a good thing). The wax process itself wasn't bad, but afterwards when I checked, I saw that the hair weren't completely taken from the root, but just cut in half, which is basically the same as shaving and made me feel like I paid for nothing.
My nails acrylic were way to thick n the nail polish smudge in the hour, the nail therapist didn't bother to check if they were dry afterwards, pedicure was much better!
The only place I get my shellac done. The place is hidden underneath a perfume shop (?) in WhiteChappel high st. All the staff are friendly and chat to you a lot. They offer you drinks if you wish. The shellac work is very well done and it always lasts for weeks. They have plenty of colours and do not charge you extra if you need to take off your previous shellac. The place is very clean and relaxing. They have a loyalty card you can get and have £10 off on your 6th treatment i believe.
